Why do I need it?
The first step to achieving the Kitemark is understanding where you are
starting from. Our Gap Analysis service has been specifically designed to take you
through the detailed information in a straightforward way. We look at your current processes, systems and performance
in all the relevant areas and compare them to the rigorous standards laid down in PAS 125
to see how you measure up.
What does it involve?
Gap Analysis starts with an audit of your existing procedures. You can choose to complete the Gap Analysis
questionnaire yourself online at your own pace or call on a member of the PAS Plus team
to visit your premises and complete it for you.
What will I get?
If you decide to carry out an online Gap Analysis you will receive a report
that highlights
those areas that meet the required standard, based on the information
entered, as well as any that fall short.
In keeping with our pragmatic approach, the report is straightforward and easy
to understand and highlights areas for action.
If you ask a PAS Plus adviser to visit your premises and complete the Gap Analysis
on your behalf, you will receive a detailed report and face-to-face help and advice.
